Start from the concept page
Use “Request a correction or removal” on the relevant concept. Send the request from a publicly connected business email when possible.
We verify the connection
If the email matches verified private contact evidence, we send a short-lived one-time challenge. If it does not match or email delivery is unavailable, the request enters manual review. We do not reveal whether an address matched our records.
A code does not delete a page
Successful verification moves the request to human review. An administrator checks the business connection and scope before unpublishing anything.
Suppression prevents return
An approved removal unpublishes the concept and creates a durable suppression record. Future imports must respect that record so automation cannot republish the business accidentally.
